RFQ is offering an attractive salary with the added bonus of salary packaging, a modern work environment, and excellent working conditions for a full-time fixed-term HR (Human Resources) Coordinator. This is an opportunity for an experienced, skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join Queensland’s leading community mental health organisation- RFQ.
Significant organisational growth and change presents the perfect opportunity for a flexible, adaptive and high-performing HR Coordinator to further develop their skills in an organisation that is vision focused and outcomes driven. This maternity leave vacancy is full-time fixed term to June 2020, with possible part-time extension.
Working in an energetic people and culture team, the position is responsible for a diverse range of HR and wider corporate and people and culture functions. Predominately coordinating the functions of the employee life cycle, the position also provides flexible and adaptive administrative and corporate support, and has a key role in organisational events and activities. The role supports initiatives to nurture a healthy and high performance staff culture and promotion of RFQ as an employer of choice.

The person will be professional, ethical and compassionate. Their communication style will demonstrate these personal attributes. The person will have understanding, patience and a high level of emotional intelligence in regard to communicating with all people – particularly people with a lived experience of mental illness, their families and carers.
