My client is Australia’s largest and favourite eco-friendly store ranging: health and beauty, slow fashion, storage, homewares, baby and kids, gifts and much more. They have done the research so we don’t have to, and as customers we can feel great about the contribution we make by buying their products. They specialise in retailing products that are zero waste, toxin free, sustainable and ethically sourced, environmentally and socially responsible products.

Very well established, they are now opening their first Melbourne store at the Burwood Brickworks.

Reporting to Director, this is an important and autonomous role requiring an experienced Store Manager, to lead the success of the brand in the Melbourne market. Specifically, you will:

• Drive a fun, safe and healthy store for your team and customers

• Create a team culture, delivering excellence in customer service, providing the ultimate shopping experience for all customers
• Train your team, and keep up to date knowledge on all products and promotions
• Lead by example to ensure all store standards are maintained to the highest level
• Implement workshops and special events to communicate the mission of the brand and drive foot traffic to the store
• Ensure the store achieves maximum eco-efficiency and recycling of its own materials

This role requires a passionate, hardworking Store Manager ready to take on a challenge! You may not have worked in an Eco Store before, but ideally you have a very strong affinity to this sort of product or are ready to embrace the eco-friendly philosophy.
