Established for over 80 years, Rocky Bay is a leading provider of disability services offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability in Western Australia.
We are seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our dynamic and growing scheduling team.
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator Therapy Services, you will work collaboratively with geographically based therapy teams to deliver quality customer service by managing appointments and stakeholder relationships to achieve key performance indicators.

- Flexibility to work across differing hub locations to meet business needs and leave cover
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role providing scheduling and/or front of house customer service
- Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and complete tasks on time
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Evidence of current influenza vaccination
- Current, valid WA driver’s licence
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in customer service
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Experience in the disability sector
