Rocky Bay is experiencing a period of significant growth and change, and we are looking for a driven customer service professional to assist the organisation achieve its vision of optimising the quality of life for people living with disability in Western Australia.
The first point of contact for customers at Rocky Bay, the Customer Engagement team is responsible for facilitating a person-centred customer experience for current and potential customers. Teamwork and collaboration are essential as the role working closely with all areas of the business to enhance the customer experience. You will also work directly with customers to develop service contracts from a range of funding sources, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private funding.
As a Customer Engagement Officer at Rocky Bay you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will responsible for maintaining relationships with our various stakeholders and ensuring they get the best possible experience when they come to Rocky Bay.
