About the role

We are offering a permanent part time role of Customer Service Officer in the team at our Albany office. The position involves updating electronic client information, booking client appointments, reception duties, preparation of reports, receives and reconciles payments and general office duties. The current vacancy is 15 hours/2 days per week.

Skills, experience, and qualifications

The ideal candidate would have administration/customer service experience in a similar position, advanced skills with MS Office applications, strong keyboard skills, administration skills including cash handling, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work empathetically with a diverse client base.
