We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced senior advisor with expertise in family law to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the General Manager Clinical Services, this role has primary responsibility for providing legal advice across the organisation in the area of family law and related areas to RAV’s service delivery, policies and procedures and forms. The role incorporates the responsibility of legal and privacy officer. This role will also develop and review written documentation and provide consultation to RAV staff. As required, the role will provide supervision to our team of senior Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP) and group supervision to the cohort of FDRPs.
The role is based at our Central Office in Camberwell with the opportunity to work from a RAV site some of the time on approval. It is based on part-time hours, three (3) days per week, on a permanent ongoing basis.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $110k to $118k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
