Reporting to the Assistant IT Manager your responsibilities include being responsible for providing a centralised Helpdesk service to internal clients, ensuring all calls are handled in a professional manner. This ‘hands-on’ role provides a first point of contact for issues related to the use of RAV’s business applications and other software, and support related to desktop and equipment issues. You will also provide first level support to internal clients experiencing ICT issues, management of ICT incidents reported to the Service Desk through resolution, and accurate recording of ICT incidents using the Service Desk logging system.
This full-time position will be across our Central Office in Camberwell and the successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until 31 January 2025 with the possibility of permanent employment if funding contracts renewed.
The base salary range is $71k to $75k per annum.
