About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, your responsibilities include the delivery of professional case management services for adult perpetrators of family violence (clients), including comprehensive assessment, case planning and consultation, to contribute to the ongoing safety of women and children through addressing barriers to engaging with behaviour change.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, with training in relevant risk and needs assessment frameworks, and evidence-based case management practices.
• An understanding of the nature and impact of family violence
• Excellent client engagement skills
• Experience working with perpetrators of family violence
• Significant demonstrated previous experience of clinical assessment, formulation, case planning and providing case consultation in a similar working environment.

This role is based at our Cranbourne North centre. This position is part-time (4 days, 29hrs per week) and the successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2019. The Cranbourne North centre is open two nights per week and for this position, you can expect to work a late evening on Wednesdays.
