Reporting to the Centre Manager Ballarat, the qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDRP) Practitioner will work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs.
This position is a permanent part-time three (3) days per week based in Ballarat including one evening shift a week.
