This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced ICT support professional at our Central Office in Camberwell to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Manager ICT Operations, you will be responsible for providing a centralised Helpdesk service to internal clients, ensuring all calls are handled in a professional manner within acceptable timeframes. The role will work closely with the Systems and Network administrator to provide 2nd and 3rd level support to internal clients experiencing ICT issues, including management of ICT incidents reported to the Service Desk through to their resolution, and accurate recording of ICT incidents using the Service Desk call logging system.
This is a full-time position, on a permanent contract. The role is located at our Central Office in Camberwell.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $67k to $72k per annum, superannuation, and access to salary packaging.
