This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced client service officer at our Cranbourne centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, with day to day supervision by the Client Service Coordinator (CSC). This role will assist the CSC with administrative support for family violence service delivery, in addition to other standard CSO duties. This includes providing organisational and administrative support to management, the Family Violence Coordinator and Senior Practitioner in managing the FV program coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all client appointments for clients.
This position is based at our Cranbourne North centre and is a part-time, four (4) days per week, ongoing position. There is an expectation that the successful applicant will work one (1) evening per week when the centre is open until 9pm on an ongoing basis.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $67k to $69k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
