Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. This role reports to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne. The successful applicant will be working in a changing environment and have operational management of two (2) RAV centres including clinical and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of high-quality services, counselling, outreach and family violence programs across the East Metropolitan region.
The role has responsibility for centre(s) planning, sourcing new income streams and developing and operationalising new programs and initiatives. This will include managing staff to meet state and federally funded contractual obligations. Membership and participation in local partnerships and sector networks is an integral part and an important facet of the role.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Boronia with regular travel within South Metropolitan Metro areas.
The base salary range is $146k-$150k per annum.
