Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. About the role

You will report to the Finance Manager and assist with the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices through accounts payable ledger. This includes, but not limited to, processing and monitoring transactions through the subsidiary ledgers, answering queries from suppliers, creating purchase orders along with other administration duties.

This opportunity is located at our Central Office in Camberwell and is a full-time permanent role.

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar role/capacity
• Sound knowledge of finance practices.
• Exposure to computerised accounting systems (preferably SAGE).
• Strong skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word and Outlook.
• Relevant tertiary or diploma/certificate level qualification (preferable).
