As a Senior Program Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team which works collaboratively with other areas of the department, local councils, community groups and industry bodies to reduce waste generation and improve resource recovery across Queensland. The team is responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating programs and initiatives that:-

• Improve resource recovery infrastructure and equipment across Queensland.
• Inform and test strategies to enhance resource recovery and waste reduction.
• Contribute to the targets established in Queensland’s Waste Management and Resource Recovery Strategy.
