• Remuneration/Salary Rates: $81,682 - $85,958 per annum

Duties/Abilities

Take your career as a Ranger in Charge to the Northern frontier!  We're on the lookout (pardon the pun) for our next suite of leaders to join our unique teams across our National Parks in the Tropical Northern region of Queensland!

About you:

• You have passion for and experience associated with natural land management and conservation
• You have good general business acumen and can think ahead to problem-solve in a remote setting
• You're passionate about your team and excited to develop them
• You understand the concept of living closely with work colleagues and relying on each other
• You have good situational awareness and a strong approach for workplace health and safety
• You understand the complexity of different personalities across a range of stakeholders and how to best navigate those relationships

As one of our successful leaders, you'll join a team of Rangers at a number of bases we have on offer, which include Coen, Diwan (Daintree North) and Heathlands.
