Our programs support families to achieve better life outcomes for their children, transform and develop family resilience, community connections and develop stronger social capital, major determinants of individual and community health.
As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for primarily coordinating the Parenting Plus program across the Gippsland region. Parenting Plus is an early intervention/prevention intensive home based parenting skills development program for vulnerable families with children aged 0 – 4years. The aim of the program is to strengthen families and prevent entry into the Child Protection system.

As the Coordinator, you will undertake a number of duties including accepting referrals, carrying out pre-admission interviews, risk assessments, attending discharge meetings as well as producing comprehensive evidenced-based client reports for DHHS when required. A key part of this role is to ensure our programs are running on target and to analyse program outcomes and make appropriate recommendations for service enhancement
In return you will be offered a great working environment, salary packaging, excellent training and support, attractive salary, laptop, mobile phone and access to a company vehicle during work hours.
