Many of our families are exposed to serious adversity including family violence, trauma, alcohol/substance abuse and mental health problems leading to reduced capacity to provide safe, consistent parenting. As the Coordinator, you will undertake a number of duties including accepting referrals, carrying out pre-admission interviews, risk assessments, attending discharge meetings as well as producing comprehensive evidenced-based client reports for DHHS when required. A key part of this role is to ensure our programs are running on target and to analyse program outcomes and make appropriate recommendations for service enhancement

  • Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge of family child health and development
