Looking for some work life balance while making a difference every day. This could be the role for you. An integral part of a practice team, this role will work from Monday to Friday with no weekend work required. There will be the opportunity to travel to our sites across Queensland to coordinate and lead clinical care in partnership with our Practice staff and Mental Health and Health Promotion Teams.

Unique opportunity for an experienced General Practitioner to use and enhance their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The Role:

In this role you will provide primary health care services to our clients seeking services and supports from our Brunswick Central location in Brisbane. The key responsibilities are:

  • To assess, diagnose and treat clients at the General Practice level
  • Provide advice and education to nurses and allied health professionals as necessary or as requested.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in the medical management of clients at our service.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of all medical records and compliance with professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Full unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
  • Primary Care experience is essential
  • Superior clinical decision-making in a busy work environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Current First Aid or BLS certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current Blue Card for Queensland
  • S100 Provider status or willingness to obtain.
