ADA Australia is a state-wide, not-for-profit, independent, community-based advocacy and education service, supporting and improving the wellbeing of older people and people with disability. ADA Australia has 9 offices throughout Queensland, with its head office located in Geebung, and Brisbane South office located in Woolloongabba.

ADA Australia is seeking applications for a full-time/part-time Advocate ( Aged Care) for the Brisbane South region. This role is a SACS level 5.1 position under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The position is offered on a 12-month, fixed term full-time/part-time contract basis.

This role, funded by the National Aged Care Advocacy Program, will provide information and individual advocacy support to people in their region who have issues related to Commonwealth funded aged care services.
