Property Initiatives Real Estate (PIRE) is Australia’s first full-service social enterprise real estate agency. The business was established in April 2015 as a social enterprise of Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) with the objective of creating a sustainable profit generating business in order to reduce WPI’s reliance on philanthropic funding.

Property Initiatives point of differentiation is all company profits go to our not-for-profit partner, WPI, an innovative social housing developer and accommodation provider, who develop affordable, safe and long-term housing solutions for women headed households on low incomes.

The residential portfolio is currently 150 properties, with a target of building it up to 180 properties for this position. The position is supported by a Business Development Manager, part time Assistant and Trust accountant. Mobile phone and lap top provided, with travel expenses covered.
