PRONIA is seeking a suitable applicant for the Community Engagement and Support Practitioner (COVID-19) position on a part time – 6 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Client and Community Services Coordinator, the role aims to enhance wellbeing and support to youth and women impacted by COVID 19 via the provision of direct casework (including outreach), emergency relief, and access to a range of services and to enable employment and art workshops.
The successful applicant will need to have tertiary qualifications preferably in Health, Welfare or Human Services field with a minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Welfare field, awareness of the needs of Australian-Greek community, proficiency in Greek and English language, with excellent report writing skills and excellent time management.
Competitive remuneration according to qualifications & experience under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Industry Award 2010. Salary packaging available.
