The facilities include over 40 bedrooms, a variety of meeting spaces and dining facilities. This space is used for various community groups including not-for-profit organisations, school groups and the like.

Qualifications and experience

  • Administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Google applications
  • Full working rights in Australia

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Take bookings and enquiries from current and new clients. Manage email and telephone enquiries for the Centre.
  • Communicate clients’ needs to the relevant areas of the organisation.
  • Host site tours for potential clients.
  • Provide a greeting that is welcoming, positive and hospitable and provide continued assistance to guests and clients during their stay.
  • Liaise with group organisers to determine each group’s initial and ongoing needs.
  • Build and maintain good communication with clients.
  • Create and monitor invoices for bookings.
  • Willingness to assist in other roles from time to time.
  • You must have a current Working With Children Check.
