The SA & NT PSO is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Case Manager to work in the Professional Standards Office.
The purpose of the South Australian Professional Standards Office is to respond professionally and with compassion to complaints from adult survivors who have been subjected to emotional, physical and sexual child abuse and current incidents of adult boundary violations and misconduct within the Catholic Church.
The successful applicant will provide support to the Director to manage complaint cases under the Towards Healing, Integrity in Ministry and Integrity in the Service of the Church protocols.
The Case Manager will process and case-manage formal complaints, grievances or issues of misconduct under the instruction of the Director.
The successful applicant will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology or Law or Policing.
