Seeking an amazing human to support a young man to manage his life and achieve his dreams.

You will be the glue that keeps everything together!

The role will involve:

• Working closely with the client, his family and friends, therapists and support workers
• Supporting him to manage day to day activities and appointments and monitoring to ensure that things don’t get missed/forgotten
• Managing support staff including rostering, booking, approving and monitoring shifts via online system
• Allocating duties to other support staff
• Providing training, coaching and mentoring to ensure high quality, client focussed, safe and well organised household.
• Monitoring and arranging maintenance of equipment, house and vehicle to ensure safety
• Providing support to assist the client to manage weekly budget and keeping track of household expenditure
• Helping to meet the unique needs of the client in working towards his bigger life goals
• Facilitating, supporting and encouraging him to build independence and skills in managing household tasks

Days and hours per week are flexible and some of the role can be carried out remotely.
