Founded in 1991 as a ‘not for profit’, Positive Solutions provides mediation services in the south and north of the State. As an organisation, we are committed to promoting mediation and conflict resolution for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing conflict personally, in the community or the workplace. We also provide EAP and counselling within all Tasmanian regions.

The Board of Positive Solutions are seeking to appoint Board new members willing to serve in a voluntary capacity to contribute to the good governance and overall strategic management of the organisation. We are particularly interested in people who have skills in any of the following areas:

• Financial management
• Grant and tender writing
• Management and business administration/ Governance
• Risk Management
• Not for Profits/ Community Sector
• Marketing and Promotions

However, persons with experience in other areas that would add value to the organisation are very welcome to apply.
