We have an exceptional opportunity for you to lead, coordinate, manage and inspire a close-knit team of passionate educators at Port Schools' innovative Early Learning Centre.

about us

Our Centre, operating with 25 approved places, is unlike any other long day care service. Situated on a school site that caters to ‘at risk’ students who have disengaged from their education. As the Centre Manager you and the team will strive for best practice and an ‘exceeding rating status’ and will have the chance to shape this facility and its day to day services by leading high level educational practices for our children and the centre's operations. Working closely with the school and the Young Parent Centre Manager, you will champion a dynamic integrated community service approach to teenage pregnancy and education within Western Australia. Our early learning service places a strong emphasis on best practice outcomes and is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and lifelong learning opportunities to children, local teen mums, and their families.

If you are motivated to make a lasting impact on the lives of families, thrive on innovation, and are well-organised and outcomes-focused, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We are seeking a resilient and competent leader who embraces accountability and is committed to delivering outstanding results. This position will also provide an exciting and diverse career path within Port School, working in the arena of 'at-risk' youth.
