Plate it Forward is Sydney’s leading Food & Beverage Hospitality Group building impact-based venues to create long-term social change. We are seeking a qualified Executive Chef who is professional, adaptable, consistent and who understands the needs of a fast-moving expanding business. Reporting to our Operations Manager and liaising closely with our Production Kitchen Head Chef and Venue and Events Managers, you will be responsible for the design, production and preparation of products going out to our venues, events and community partners.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Oversee menu design for all Plate It Forward venues, events and community partners
  • Ensure all venues and events are operating inline with occupational health and safety guidelines
  • Plan, organise and oversee the production process
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication your Production Kitchen Head Chef, Management team, and venue Head Chefs and Managers
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be an accredited Food Safety Supervisor
  • Work with people from diverse backgrounds

Must have checkable work references.

Must have Australian Working rights.
