The Manager Aboriginal Employment & Engagement team is responsible for the development and implementation of the Aboriginal Employment & Engagement Strategy, including strategies, programs and initiatives for the attraction, development and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. A key focus of this role is to ensure organisational culture and corporate strategies complement each other to maximise the implementation and ongoing success of the Aboriginal Employment & Engagement Strategy for NSWPF.

The NSW Police Force are looking for a Manager Aboriginal Employment & Engagement to join their People and Culture team. You will be a purpose driven leader, with a strong ability to guide your team to deliver Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander employment initiatives. You will play a leading role in promoting the inclusion of diverse perspectives into the development of policies and strategies. You will have experience in coaching managers and leaders on identifying, engaging and managing stakeholders.
