Due to steady growth in the area, the Personnel Group are seeking dynamic people to join our team as Employment Consultants with our Disability Employment Services program.

We have roles available in Tuggeranong, Belconnen and Queanbeyan. You will form part of the wider TPG team which provides employment services across Regional New South Wales, Victoria and ACT.

As an Employment Consultant you will be responsible for moving job seekers into employment by helping them to set goals, creating a professional resume, interview preparation and sourcing job opportunities by connecting with local business.

Once placed into employment you will support our client and the employer to ensure the success of the placement.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for candidates that can identify strengths in others and have a genuine passion for making a difference in someone's life.
• Engaging and motivating people who establish and maintain quality relationships and can skilfully negotiate.
• A drivers licence is essential for this role.
• This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check. Employment will only be confirmed upon satisfactory checks.
