The Role

We pride ourselves on providing quality training and assessment and are seeking an ethical, professional RTO Manager to lead our team.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and innovative as they will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance, training and financial viability whilst working closely with the CEO and other core business functions of the organisation, to grow and expand current services and offerings.

To be successful you will need:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a compliance or quality assurance role in an RTO environment
  • Strong understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 with compliance audits knowledge
  • Working knowledge of ACT Government funding procedures and programmes
  • Experience in the use of VETtrak, Canvas, Articulate 360 and AVETARS
  • Strong experience in developing and monitoring compliant training resources and learning materials within an online environment
  • Course facilitation, coordination, and scheduling experience
