MiLife-Victoria is recruiting for a full-time Support Coordinator to join our Support Coordination team based in Frankston. The role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term position but has the potential to become ongoing as our customer base is growing every day.

The key responsibilities are to assist our NDIS customers to design, develop, and implement their NDIS supports, to connect our customers to tailored supports through various service providers and allied health professionals, and to work directly with our customers and/or their carers to achieve their goals.

The selection criteria for applicants includes:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience within the NDIS environment.
  • Previous experience or sound understanding of the role of Support Coordination.
  • Strong connections and knowledge of the services and activities within the Southern region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, competent in using Microsoft Office suite and efficient administrative skills.
  • Experience in developing service agreements or other contractual arrangements.
  • A current Victorian Driver’s license.
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding and experience with mental health supports would be an advantage.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human services field or equivalent would be an advantage.
