Professional and leading Care Services is here to assist people with disabilities to have an optimal quality service to achieve their goals and meet their needs. We comply with the NDIS standards and policies to be a qualified and registered service provider by the NDIS.

Professional and Leading Care Services has positive relationships with other community organisations and in-depth knowledge of people with disability in multicultural background communities. We target people with disabilities in the Greater Sydney area and who are looking for better quality services. Also, we can provide more culturally and linguistically accommodating services for the NDIS participant. Particularly we can provide more culturally and linguistically accommodating services for Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking participants.

Professional and Leading Care Services will help the participants navigate the process of finding care that best suits their needs by providing quality services. The services are always person-centred around the participants’ goals and needs.

Key Duties include:

• Assistance with personal care such as toileting, showering, dressing, cooking, and cleaning
• Providing individual support to clients with psychosocial requirements
• Assisting clients with social outings, shopping trips and appointments
• Promoting positive behaviours, learning experiences and skill development

Key Requirements include:

• Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Excellent English (both written and verbal)
• Working with Children Check is desirable
• Australian working rights
• First aid certificate
• Police check
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Previous experience as a support worker in the health/disability sector or a relevant Cert III qualification is highly desirable but not essential
• Previous experience working with clients who live with mental health issues will be highly regarded
