The Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing engaging and inspiring, high-quality concepts, design and finished artwork that is on brand and audience-led; to acquire, convert and retain supporters, build Oxfam’s brand profile, and enable internal teams to achieve their communications objectives.

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Proven experience in delivering high quality visual designs, and a thorough knowledge of design principles (typography, layout etc.)
  • Experience designing for digital channels
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, predominantly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Understanding and proven experience with production workflow, advertising, design and/or print.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing within branding guidelines and working with set creative concepts
  • Knowledge of print procedures
