Outlook is growing rapidly through NDIS service provision and expansion of our commercial offerings and requires an experienced Quality System Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting new position reports to the General Manager Corporate Services and is responsible for supporting the organisation in the maintenance, continuous improvement and embedment of the Integrated Management System (IMS), incorporating ISO 9001 & 14001, AS/NZS 4801, AS/NZ 5377, NDIS and NSDS, including Document Control.

This Quality System Coordinator will work with and as part of the management team to; ensure that IMS documentation meets all legislative and regulatory requirements to maintain certification; establish and manage the Internal Audit schedule and process as well as undertaking audits to monitor compliance to applicable standards, policies and procedures of the organisation.

This position will also assist in the implementation and rollout of a new on-line Document Management System and assume responsibility for the administration (non-technical) of the system and end user support where appropriate.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a clear Police check and Working With Children’s check, at your own expense, and will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination at Outlooks preferred doctors at the expense of Outlook.
