Your new job

The Senior UX Designer will lead large initiatives and drive their own end-to-end design process for our flagship youth mental health platform, MOST (Moderated Online Social Therapy), as well as play a key role in shaping our design culture and operations.

You will:

• Shape the direction of a growing product team committed to ethical and purposeful tech
• Work on complex briefs, guide and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems, and facilitate the end-to-end design process
• Work with UI and UX designers, researchers, psychologists, writers and developers to improve outcomes for young people

What you’ll need

You have a strong interest in digital mental health, and are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health outcomes for young people.

In addition, you will bring:

• Extensive experience as a UX, service or strategic designer.
• Demonstrated track record of solving difficult digital design problems with intuitive interfaces, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Advanced skill in the research and discovery phase of the product lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusion.
