The Executive Administration Officer provides high level and confidential administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director and provides a range of administrative support across all Original Power business functions and program areas to help Original Power’s organisational systems run smoothly at all times.

You are a highly motivated, adaptable all-rounder, ideally with a background in providing executive administration support and across teams, and you’re willing and able to learn new systems. Your organisational skills and your attention to detail will provide efficient and effective support to the team. You’re happy to solve problems and build strong positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partners and communities.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  1. At least three years' experience in an Executive Administration Officer position or a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge across the full suite of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace with the ability to learn new systems and applications
  3. Highly organised and detail oriented with proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and deliver to tight deadlines
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
  5. Good level of cultural knowledge with experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations.
