Duties include, running a gardening and sustainability program for preschool aged children in a childcare centre, growing mostly edible plants but also includes ornamentals. The age range of the children is from a few months to 6 years old.

Hours are 15 per week, over 2 days.

The program also extends to art, cooking and science activities.

Other duties include maintaining indoor plants and a small amount of garden maintenance.

Horticultural knowledge is a must and teaching experience would be an advantage.

Must have Working With Children Check.

The role is permanent part time.
