Occupational Therapy Australia is looking for two enthusiastic people to be the face of the organisation. You will take all incoming calls to the organisation and will support members and stakeholders with their enquiries. You will assist the organization in developing its understanding of the issues that are affecting our members and stakeholders.

Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is the peak body for occupational therapists in Australia. It is a non-profit public company limited by guarantee. OTA is a member of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists. We are a member service organisation, providing a range of services to over 9000 members of the occupational therapy profession such as professional development, advocacy, practice standards, collegial networking, as well as the provision of quality member services.

About the role

You will take the lead in facilitating superior member and customer engagement for Occupational Therapy Australia. This is your opportunity to be the primary point of contact ensuring all member needs are met, that stakeholders are linked in with the appropriate areas of the organisation and the public are connected with Occupational Therapists that meet their needs.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated person who has a genuine interest in not for profit/ peak body membership and stakeholder engagement.

You will have strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated skill across a number of tools including phone, email, in person.
