Responsibilities Of The Role

Making Lives Better® by:

• Assisting clients with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene
• Assisting clients with housekeeping, meals or other daily errands
• Assisting clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transporting clients to appointments and social events
• Accurate visit documentation and observation on changes in their health or status

We provide around the clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs, however we will offer jobs within your availability.

• Having previous community care experience is a bonus but not a requirement
• Have a reliable way to get to and from the client's home, own vehicle would be an asset.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, Disability or Equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screener clearance (can be applied for after interview-replaces National Police Check, valid for 5 years)
• Up to date CPR & First Aid Certificates
• Covid-19 Vaccinations up to date
