The Inclusion Manager is a key role and will drive NIDA’s Inclusion Action Plan, engage with internal and external stakeholders from diverse communities and relevant organisations; develop strategies to diversify NIDA’s student and staff cohorts; and contribute to inclusive learning across the organisation.

About You

You will possess a sound understanding of Inclusion principles and best practice relating to inclusive learning and working environments. You will have relevant experience leading and successfully implementing Inclusion strategies. You are passionate about working with diverse communities and cultural organisations, and you will be a positive driver of our cultural evolution ensuring NIDA is a learning organisation of choice for students, staff, and creative individuals from diverse communities.

About the role

This is a 1-year contract (with potential to extend), and is being offered as either part-time (minimum 3-days) or full-time. The base annual salary is $110,000 + 10.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

A valid Working with Children Check for NSW is essential.  Having one or being willing to get one and to support and implement NIDA's Child Safe Strategies is necessary to undertake this role.
