Counselling Services Centre (CSC) is a respected, not-for-profit agency that has supported the Counties Manukau community since 1986. Based in Papatoetoe, CSC provides a wide range of services including specialist counselling, 24/7 crisis response, court support, and social work, with a focus on individuals and whānau impacted by sexual harm, family violence and trauma.

As Team Leader you will play a key leadership role supporting a team of counsellors delivering trauma-informed services across a variety of contracts. Working closely with, and supported by the Clinical Manager, you will provide day-to-day team oversight, clinical guidance, workflow management and high-quality client care. You will also carry a small counselling caseload to ensure clients receive timely support.
