The Front Project is a social enterprise that has been designed to improve the access and quality of early education for all children, especially those experiencing vulnerability. Crucially, the Front Project recognise the impact early childhood teachers and educators have on the children they teach.
The Apiary is a collective impact initiative that builds the capacity of leaders to innovate across organisations and jurisdictions. The program supports its Fellows to build a holistic view of the early learning system and bring about positive change for children.
In this newly created position, you will report into the Senior Manager, the Apiary Fellowship. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Apiary’s strategic and programmatic activities that delivers quality experiences for the participants and enable the fellowship’s engagement with the general public.
Responsibilities include:
You are a highly motivated and adaptable professional who has worked in a program coordination, event management or volunteer management role, ideally within early childhood, community services, start-ups or similar like-minded organisations. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills are second to none and you have demonstrated experience effectively building relationships and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
