The Front Project is a social enterprise that has been designed to improve the access and quality of early education for all children especially those experiencing vulnerability. Crucially, The Front Project recognise the impact early childhood teachers and educators have on the children they teach.
The Upskill Workforce Program and Online Community initiative enables early childhood educators to shape a better future for Australian children; enhancing workforce quality ensures Australian children thrive in school and throughout life.
Reporting to the Lead, Workforce Initiatives, this senior position is responsible for increasing the number of partner organisations and participants enrolled and engaged with the Front Project’s suite of programs.
Responsibilities include:
You are a seasoned client centred business development or fundraising professional, a strategic thinker with an ability to work collaboratively. Your creativity and commercial acumen will support your ability to develop and retain partnerships and your passion for education equity motivates you towards success. You are a team orientated person who can work independently with a focus on quality outcomes and impact.
Your adaptable style will enable you to feel comfortable working in a fast paced, relational, high impact environment.

A foundation knowledge of early childhood education would be advantageous but not essential. You thirst for continued learning will enable you to get up to speed quickly and effectively.
