The Learning and Development Training Specialist provides expert advice and guidance to NDS pertaining to learning and development offerings, assists with the development of new assets either partial or end to end, reviews existing assets, and delivers and coordinates workshops both online and face to face on behalf of NDS.
Crucial to this is to ensure that are our offerings remain of high quality by ensuring that they are reviewed, maintained, and improved upon reflecting of the needs of the sector and upholding contemporary learning methods.
The Learning and Development Training Specialist also liaises with other internal stakeholders across states/territories in the organisation in order to give guidance and advice on learning and development related matters. Performing as an L&D subject matter expert to ensure NDS maintain and grow reputation and brand awareness in the learning and development space.
