About the Opportunity

NCCCA has an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced and energetic person who has strong clinical and people management skills to manage and improve the delivery of clinical and personal care within our three (3) residential facilities (totalling 139 beds) in Cessnock, NSW.

In this position, your primary focus will be to work closely with residents and staff in a flexible and responsive manner to ensure the individual needs of our consumers are met and/or exceeded whilst ensuring compliance to the Aged Care Quality Standards. Your role will oversee clinical care and assessment, care planning and delivery and medication management. You will also be ready and available to step up into the Group Manager Residential Services shoes when needed.

To be considered for this position, you will be kind, caring and professional and have extensive experience and knowledge in a senior clinical leadership position and workplace culture in aged care.
