We are seeking an experienced Team Leader and customer service specialist to join our Operations Team in Melbourne. This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager (South) and be responsible for ensuring Digital tests are delivered according to NAATI policies and procedures and that candidates are provided with a high-quality experience and product.
