About the position

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader and customer service specialist to join our Operations Team in Melbourne. This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager (South) and be responsible for ensuring Digital tests are delivered according to NAATI policies and procedures and that candidates are provided with a high-quality experience and product.

  • Salary $86,984 per annum plus superannuation

About you

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Three years or more in a Team Leader role
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office and the ability to work with various databases
