OUR NEW ROLE

We have an opportunity for you to join our People & Culture Team as the Senior People Services Coordinator on a full-time and ongoing basis.

The purpose of this new position is to lead a motivated and customer-focused team that serves to support the delivery of essential employee lifecycle (end-to-end) services. You will be empowered to help us coordinate onboarding and exits, manage contracts and variations and maintain employee records.

This new position will lead, coordinate and process end-to-end payroll delivery with support from our People Services Coordinators and our People Services Administrator. This position will also provide system administration support for Aurion (HRIS) and maintenance of Tanda, our rostering, time and attendance system.

Our team continues to evolve, and this role will also support key process improvement projects including, but not limited to:

  • Aurion in the Cloud
  • A brand review of People & Culture operations
  • Transition towards electronic employee files and
  • Commencing groundwork for the use of artificial intelligence to support service delivery and employee enquiries

WHAT WE SEEK

To thrive in this role, we are looking for values-driven candidates with:

  • Strong HRIS experience - with the use of Aurion highly desirable
  • Experience with the delivery of end-to-end payroll operations
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (a bonus, but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements (Highly desirable), coupled with knowledge of Public Sector regulations (a bonus, but not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to understand, assess, and meet customer needs while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
