Selection Criteria
All candidates must provide a 2-4 page response to the selection criteria. Applicants who fail to provide a resume and a response to selection criteria will not be assessed. This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires creativity, professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy, & attention to detail. The tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Content Specialist to co-manage the implementation & stewardship of Murawin’s brand identity.
- Consult with internal & external stakeholders to identify needs & objectives & present design solutions for discussion & implementation.
- Research & develop original creative design solutions to meet Murawin’s brand objectives, & across multiple media.
- Work with all team members & stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective company branding.
- Work with senior leaders to create & maintain marketing materials that assist in the articulation & professionalisation of Murawin’s services.
- Contribute to Murawin’s project outcomes by designing, formatting, & professionalising materials, including but not limited to reports, presentations, flyers, & other marketing materials.
- Work closely with Murawin’s Place Strategists to deliver Connecting with Country programs to our clients, which aim to foster healthy relationships with Country, preserve culture, & strengthen our communities.
- Coordinate communications through Murawin's website & intranet site, to improve our online presence, including the creation of high-quality, engaging content.
- Coordinate Murawin merchandise.
- In collaboration with the Content Specialist, drive the delivery of marketing schedules & assets, including the implementation of the marketing calendar based on key dates & industry events.
- Assist in event planning, scheduling, & implementation.
- Contribute to project activities on a case-by-case basis. This may include but is not limited to assisting to facilitate workshops, interviews, or conduct research as requested by senior leaders.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Operations Division, as well as across Murawin’s workstreams.
