About the job

An exciting opportunity has become available to lead Mosman Council’s Community Services team. The Manager Community Services is responsible for the coordination of a wide range of programs and services that support and enhance the lives of Mosman residents.

The right person for this position must:

• Be outcomes-focused, with solid experience and expertise in planning and delivering services that promote community well-being.
• Have a strong understanding of the changing funding and regulatory environment in which community services are delivered,
• Demonstrate capacity to adapt and innovate, and the ability to inspire others to do the same.
• Have prior experience in a senior leadership position, superior staff and resource management skills and excellent strategic-planning capabilities.
• Have a track record of collaboration and driving a team-based culture that delivers results.

The successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory Police Check and Working With Children Check.
