The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Investigation and Risk Assessment, the focus of this role will be to provide a range of complex coordination and program management services to support the CARE (Coordination, Assessment, Referral, Evaluation) program and assist in the delivery of this vital service to Monash University students.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the operations of the Student ‘CARE’ service, including contributing to strategic planning, developing and delivering resources and training and, using up-to-date knowledge and experience relevant policy, legislation and development and delivery of resources and training
  • Delivering the Student ‘CARE’ service to support staff and students in accordance with Monash University’s trauma-informed, culturally safe and person-centred response framework
  • Providing case management support to students who have either been victim/survivors or the subject of behavioural concerns, including family violence, sexual harm and stalking
  • Specialised support to students who present with multiple, complex or high needs, and/or are involved in University disciplinary proceedings including General Misconduct, Conditions of Residency, Conditional Enrolment and Conduct Review
