Chestnut Gardens, Doveton, is home to 100 high care residents with 60 high complex care beds and 40 psychogeriatric beds, and utilises the latest in care and design philosophies.
To ensure the best care, we work collaboratively with a skilled nursing group in developing person centred care. We are a unique aged care facility fully staffed by Associate Nurse Unit Managers, Nursing Co-ordinators, Registered Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses, including Graduate Nurses.

We are currently have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our caring team in a full-time or part-time ongoing capacity. We have availability to work across all shifts.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager of The Boulevard, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality and holistic residential centred care. No two days will be the same as you work within an established, friendly and supportive team environment. There are ample opportunities for staff development and growth in areas that staff are passionate about. We have a strong education focus and encourage staff to further develop their skills, along with being a part of a friendly and social environment to work in. Their will also be leadership development opportunities, working 'in-charge' of shifts as required.
